Nala Pooh's Original's A clothing line created by Grandmother Romel Caldwell , a seamstress for over 30 years, for her granddaughter Nala. I created this clothing line because I had a hard time finding the beautifully ruffled party dresses for Nala who was a very petite size 6. I pulled out my Singer and began to design and sew dresses for Nala. As I began to designed dresses for Nala, everyone was overwhelmed at the beautiful and intricate craftsmanship of the dresses, so friends and family began to place orders for their children’s clothing. The delicious part of that is, no two dresses are exactly alike. All of Nala Pooh Original’s are cut, sewn and assembled on my dining room table. Every dress or outfit is sewn with love and patience. Our sizes range from the smallest of newborn to size 14. You may choose one of my original pieces or you can custom order to your little girls taste. I have choosen the best fabrics for my clothing lines; such as pima, piques and 100% cotton, materials that will last for years to come. My Nala Pooh Collection includes special occasion wear, church dresses and suits, casual, school and at play ensembles. |
